PURPOSE: Provided are a hypoxia-responsive promoter, a method for the mass expression of a desired gene by using an expression vector which contains a desired gene linked to the above promotor and a method for selectively inducing in vivo RNA interference to the desired gene thereby. CONSTITUTION: The hypoxia-responsive promotor has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. The expression method of a desired gene comprises the steps of: constructing an expression vector having a desired gene linked to the hypoxia-responsive promotor; manufacturing transformant by micro-injecting the expression vector into an organism; and inducing the expression of the desired gene.
