PURPOSE: Provided is a method for processing a pork hock by forming it to be easily eaten and simultaneously by adding or subtracting gelatin and seasonings according to one's taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for processing a pork hock comprises the steps of: washing and boiling a pork hock with various herbal medicines and flavoring agents; mixing it with a pork skin which is finely grinded into a size of 3-5mm; shaping the mixture in a shaping frame by pressing with a presser; and cooling and the shaped pork hock into a bite size.
