PURPOSE: A fence net and a safety fence using the net are provided to facilitate a change work of a damaged net portion of the safety fence, and to achieve the standardization thereof. CONSTITUTION: The safety fence installed along a desired route to relieve a collision shock comprises a plurality of poles arranged at regular distances along the desired route; a plurality of nets(120) whose the upper end is connected to the pole and the lower end is connected to the ground, a zipper(121) being installed at the side edges thereof for the fastening of neighboring nets; and a flexible connecting device(130) for connecting the upper and lower ends of the net to the pole and the ground respectively.
