PURPOSE: A system and method for supplying remote medical image consultation and treatment are provided to perform a medical treatment related consultation and supply a remote medical treatment service to various patients connected to an Internet communication network from a wireless terminal to a remote medical examination and treatment camera. CONSTITUTION: A server is mounted at a host site on a communication network and manages a remote medical treatment image consulting service. A plurality of patients(100) is connected to the server through a communication network and requests a consultation with respect to a disease. A doctor(150) is connected to the server through a communication network and supplies a medical treatment related consultation when a consultation is requested. A consultant supplies a related medical consultation to the patient(100) and connects the doctor(150) to the patient(100) when the patient(100) requests the connection. If a user requests a log-on, a log-on approval unit approves the log-on after a verification procedure. A VOD Dr. DB(141) stores VOD(Video On Demand) information with respect to a medical treatment service. Medical treatment information requested by the patient(100) is extracted from the VOD Dr. DB(141) and pushed to the patient(100).
