PURPOSE: A reverse synchronous method in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) communication system using a reverse synchronous transmission method is provided to embody a slot and frame synchronization between UEs(User Equipments) using the same one scrambling code in case that several UEs use a USTS(Up-link Synchronous Transmission Scheme) method using one scrambling code. CONSTITUTION: Node B measures transmission time delays of a signal received from a UE per the first number of frame interval. The node B successively mounts TABs(Time Adjustment Bits) corresponding to the measured transmission time delays in transmission power control bit of a forward dedicated channel, and transmits the transmission power control bit to the UE. The UE continuously receives the TABs received from the node B during a sliding window interval, and determines whether the combination of the received TABs indicates one transmission time adjustment among a transmission time forward adjustment, a transmission time backward adjustment, and a current transmission time maintenance. The UE adjusts a transmission time according to the determined result.
