PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing korean type of beef soup into types of a retort pouch, a canned food and a frozen food, thereby saving time, labor and energy for the manufacture of the beef soup, and providing it with reasonable price. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing korean type of beef soup into types of a retort pouch, a canned food and a frozen food is characterized by: extracting beef bones in an extraction tank; vacuum-concentrating the extract; and processing it into food products, optionally with adding ginseng, red ginseng and cervi parvum cornu.
