The present invention relates to a system for providing thermal power to a power plant in which nearly logs are to be supplied as fuel without being processed into small or large pieces of wood. The stacked cooling grate holds almost logs in the combustion chamber. The cooling grate is formed by stacking an upper tube and at least one lower tube disposed below it vertically. The tube of the cooling grate is supplied with water to cool the grate.
