PURPOSE: A construction method of a marine SCP(Sand Compaction Pile) is provided to operate the SCP without preceding an excavation dredging operation. CONSTITUTION: A main leader(2) adjusts an inclination angle by an angle adjusting cylinder(5). The main leader is installed in a driving ship(1). A buoyant device(4) maintains the certain interval from the driving ship by combining with the driving ship with a guide bar(6). A guide leader(3) is installed in the buoyant device from the upper part of the main leader to reciprocate a casing(9) for forcibly inserting sand and skip buckets for carrying sand. Thereby, SCP operations are performed without preceding an excavation dredging operation or with excavating and dredging at a minimum depth.
