METHOD OF PREPARING SODIUM HUMATE MOTHER SOLUTION

FIELD: natural compounds. SUBSTANCE: peat is partially dried, disintegrated, and screened, after which packaged together with packet of nonwoven hygroscopic heat- and acid-resistant material 35x40 cm in size, 1 kg peat being taken per 50 g NaOH. Packet is tightly closed involving thermal welding and then placed in tightly closable cylindrical rotary vessel with horizontal rotation axle with volume 20-25 l. Vessel is filled with water and periodically rotated for 1 h at speed not exceeding speed of centrifugal effect on contents of the vessel and at temperature 80-90 C. After that, final product is drained into accumulation container while expressing contents of packet by centrifugation. Final product in accumulation container is settled for 3-4 h.
