SUBSTANCE: method involves in vitro determining cyclic adenosine monophosphate concentration under test loading with morphine in combination with noloxon in native cells and native morphinized mononuclear cells of peripheral blood. Predisposition index is calculated by dividing cyclic adenosine monophosphate concentration in native premorphinized cells by the value in mononuclear cells. The value being greater than 1.3, high level of predisposition to opiate addiction. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method.
