Invention involves pharmaceutical composition based on c-kit-ligand that is a polypeptide encoded by nucleic acid SEQ ID NO:1 or natural hemopoietic variant of polypeptide and effective amount of hemopoietic factor, method of enhancement of levels of stem cells in peripheral blood using the indicated composition.
