ZEOLITE SYNTHESIS PROCESS, DEVICE, AND APPLICATION WITH MEDIUM MIXED UP TO HOMOGENEOUS CONDITION

FIELD: zeolite synthesis using reaction medium as source. SUBSTANCE: zeolite synthesis process using reaction medium incorporating, among other things, trivalent aluminum source, tetravalent silicon source, at least one cation of alkali or alkali-earth metal in the form of hydroxide, and water is effected within reactor that has movable solid spiral element which is mounted in guide tube and dictates internal space of tube and space external with respect to this tube. Reaction medium circulates within reactor in the form of continuous flow passing in the process through internal space of tube and then through space external with respect to tube whereupon it returns to internal space of tube; medium circulation is effected only due to rotation of movable spiral element at speed below 500 rpm within fixed tube. Temperature of reaction mixture is maintained at level required to conduct at least one of two operations: generation or growth of synthesized zeolite crystals. Device implementing proposed process has at least one open or enclosed reactor accommodating cylindrical guide tube secured therein whose axis is parallel to reactor wall; tube holds movable spiral element set in rotary motion by means of motor mounted beyond the reactor; tube is provided with admission points for injecting compounds included in gel composition and discharging device, if required.
