FIELD: biochemistry, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: binding inhibitor between anchor protein and regulatory subunit cAMP-dependent protein kinase type-I or calcineurine is identified by incubation of anchor protein immobilized on a solid carrier with labeled binding partner in the presence or absence of the suggested inhibitor. The presence in cell calcineurine- and protein kinase-binding anchor protein is carried out by incubation of cell lysate with calcineurine immobilized on a solid carrier. After washing out a solid carrier is contacted with labeled regulatory subunit of protein kinase and bound labeled subunit is detected. Invention ensures to assay proteins binding both protein kinase and calcineurine and identify binding inhibitors also. Invention can be used for modulation of anchor function of proteins.
