FIELD: materials for laser equipment, in particular, single-crystal materials designed for production of active components of solid-state lasers. SUBSTANCE: erbium with chemical formula CaaY1-x-yYbxEry(BO3)3O, where x0,001, y0,001, x+y≤0,57, is additionally introduced as an activator in the single-crystal laser material based on oxyorthoborate of calcium-yttrium with ytterbium.
