摘要

FIELD: pathohistology, laboratory research methods. SUBSTANCE: as a micropreparation it is used a histological preparation out of human excretions, predominantly, feces and wet. Helminthic invasion is diagnosed by the presence of body fragments of small helminths parasitizing in large intestine, their eggs and, also, nematodic larvae. Method for preparing histological preparations out of human excretions, predominantly, feces and wet, includes conserving the sample and putting it into a netted membrane, its dehydration in alcohols, treatment in dioxanes and paraffin wax, and subsequent spreading due to development of paraffin block, obtaining the sections upon a microtome, and dyeing. Excretions are differentiated into dense or liquid samples. Liquid sample is formed at a volume by 3-5 times exceeding that of a dense sample being 2 - 2.5 cm3. As a net for membrane it is used a non-fluffy synthetic tissue, predominantly, wire gauze at pore size being below 0.001 mm. The method provides to analyze liquid samples with the help of informative and safe histological preparations obtained out of human excretions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 4 cl _
