摘要

FIELD: semiconductor devices operating in ultraviolet- to gamma- radiation wavebands. SUBSTANCE: transducer has three similar film detectors made of sulfuric cadmium film deposited onto ceramic substrate. First detector is isolated from gamma and ultraviolet rays by means of lead plate and functions to correct errors due to temperature fluctuations at second detector. Second detector is covered with enamel layer that does not transmit visible and ultraviolet light and is used for measuring gamma-radiation intensity. Third detector is closed with visible-light filter and functions to measure ultraviolet- radiation intensity. EFFECT: enlarged measurement range and reduced error due to dark currents. 2 dwg
