The defect arisen after its withdrawal is refilled with the adhesive resin to the canal exit, and the optical fiber is introduced into the canal to the depth of 1-2 mm and polymerized by acting with laser radiation in the same mode. The second version involves treating canal walls with the adhesive resin before introduced filling material. The adhesive resin polymerized 1 min later by acting with laser radiation of blue spectrum range having 0.473 mcm wavelength during 2 min with the optical fiber being introduced into the root canal to the depth of 7-10 mm from the apical opening. Then, the fiber is moved to the canal exit level to repeat polymerization with laser radiation in the same mode.
