METHOD FOR OBTAINING PRODUCTION BATCH OF LONG-STEMMED FLAX ELITE SEEDS

SUBSTANCE: method includes the stages for obtaining the regenerants out of valuable selection samples in tissue culture, microclonal reproduction of original elite in vitro. Microclonally reproduced plants of original elite should be controlled till development and maturation of seeds under conditions of winter greenhouse. Moreover, it is possible to obtain additionally 2-3 seed generations/year at reproduction coefficient being 30-50.
