摘要

FIELD: medical equipment, optical systems of rigid endoscopes, intracavity diagnostics and microsurgery of complex biological and technical objects. SUBSTANCE: technical result lies in reduction of overall dimensions (diameter of distal part) and in increase of image quality of superthin endoscope with simultaneous rise of thermal and mechanical strength of it. Endoscope has device changing direction of optical axis, gradan-objective lens, gradan-translator and eye-piece. Gradan-translator and gradan- objective lens are placed without clearance, gradan-objective lens has length along axis not exceeding quarter of period of gradan-objective. Device changing direction of optical axis, gradan-objective lens and gradan-translator form common outer cylindrical surface. Light-protecting shell is manufactured in the form of circular optical light guide and is put on outer cylindrical surface of gradans without clearance. Optical input device which input is combined with output of circular optical light guide and which output is connected to external illumination source is mounted uniaxially to it on surface of gradan-translator free form circular optical light guide.
