The arrangement includes at least one current limiter adjusted to a predetermined nominal current, having at least one conductor path which contains a metal oxide, high TC superconductor material. The conductor path is arranged on a carrier body which consists, at least on its upper side carrying the at least one conductor path, from an electrically non-conducting material. The conductor path is contacted at its end points with conductors. The current limiter (2) is equipped with an attenuation device (10), in such way, that a high-frequency current part overlaid on the nominal current (I) is attenuated in the superconductive condition of the current limiter.
