The heat exchanger (5), in a micro structure, has hollow fibers for liquid/gas flows shrouded at least partially by a graphite matrix body (15). The hollow fiber structure forms an assembly of tubes (13) with a wall thickness of 100 nm to 10 mm, with an least one inflow channel and at least one outflow channel. The matrix body is formed by foils pressed together, of expanded graphite with a thickness of 250 mu m to 3 mm.
