The engine has a crescent wing (3) and an inner rotor (1) with a rotation axis and solid circular bodies with central axes. An outer rotor (2) has a rotation axle with slit-shaped pockets, which the circular bodies of the inner rotor move in and out of when the rotors rotate. The difference between the axes of the inner rotor and the central axes of the circular bodies is equal to the difference between the axes of the inner and outer rotors, and is the radius of the inner rotor. The radius of the circular bodies at the inner rotor and the radius of the cylindrical surface at the head of the cylindrical bodies is determined, so that, if the corner of the inner rotor that projects between the circular surface and the cylinder surface is at the end point of the crescent wing and ends the seal between the crescent wing and the inner rotor, the radius of the circular body of the inner rotor projects perpendicularly into the corner on the straight edge of the outer rotor.
