The unit has one or more implantable lenses, which are calculated and manufactured according to an aberration measurement and implanted in the eye. The lenses may alternatively be contact lenses, which are fitted onto the eye. The implanted lens may be a one-part intra-ocular lens, which is manufactured according to the measured aberration of the corer and fitted after a cataract operation.
