The coating has at least one polymer first layer (1) to seal the concrete surface (O) and at least one second layer (2) arranged on the surface, serving as a bonding agent. At least one third layer (3) is arranged in the coating cross-section, to act as a decoupling layer. The third layer limits spatial tension peaks resulting from cracks through the concrete body and prevents cracks from extending into the inside of the coating cross-section. An Independent claim is included for a method to manufacture the coating.
