A DNS server (SX) signals the called subscriber terminal (PC2) to check if Internet connection between the subscriber (G1,G2) is possible through an ISDN-D channel of telephone line through call-back station (C1), or through multiprotocol router (R) and service provider (P2) of the called subscriber. The server sends the message including the dynamic IP address (IP02) of the called subscriber to the calling terminal (PC1).
