The device has a sterilising unit for a base foil web (1), a heating station (14), a moulding station to shape the foil into containers (3), a filling station and a sealing station (16) for a cover foil web (4). A second sterilising station sterilises the cover foil. A stamp unit (18) separates individual containers from the connection between the base and cover foils. The sterilisation units are arranged in a common sterilisation area (12).
