The instrument has an S-shaped guide tube (1) fixed to a handle (2,4). A longitudinally moving flexible element (3) is controlled to move to and fro in the guide tube. At the front end, a connecting rod (10) is releasably fixed at its rear end to the handle. The connecting rod is fixed against rotation at the tip (7) of the guide tube by a releasable positively fitting connection. At the rear end of the guide tube, the flexible element is fixed to an knob (15), so that it can be moved to and fro and rotated.
