Tubes (8.1, 8.2) carrying the flow have closely-spaced top sections (10) with vent openings (9). From the inlets to the reaction vessel (1) base, perpendicular grooves (12.1, 12.2) are formed. The internal cross sections of the outlet flow opening (2), and of the outlet section (7) exceed that of the area taken up by the reaction mixture leaving. Preferred Features: The reaction vessel (1) has thin walls of low specific heat. Heaters (11.1, 11.2) surround the tubes (8.1, 8,2). Points where the tubes, outlet section and temperature sensor (6.1) are connected, have small cross sections. The temperature sensors measure temperature difference and are also used to control the heaters. Vents and upper sections number 2-6, preferably 4.
