The arm-chair frame consists of a basic frame with slidable lattice structure and integral canvas seat surface (13). The basic frame consists of four rectangular-tubing legs (1) joined by four scissors (2) the lower ends of which are swivel fixed to feet (4). The top ends of the scissors are swivel-fixed to four slide-sleeves (3) fixed to linking struts (5). The arm-rests (6) lie flat or fold up. The backrest (9) doubles as a pack-bag.
