The swirl plate is designed so that a first section (69a) follows directly downstream of the outlet opening (69), and has a smaller opening width than the swirl chamber (68). A second section (69b) is included at the first section (69a). The second section has a larger opening width than the first section (69a). This second section (69b) is followed by a third section (69c) of the outlet opening (69). The opening width is again reduced compared to the second section (69b).
