The device uses several emitters (1) arranged in a spatial body (3). The emitters arranged on the internal circumference surface (2) of the spatial body. Light from the emitters falls on a structured rotating and transparent disk (4) and a fixed translucent glass (5), to leave the spatial body. The emitters may have selective color filters that are remotely controllable.
