The sealed drilling device consists of a self-boring threaded pin (2) with one end as a drill bit (11) with a helix, and the other end having a recess for a form-locking insertion of a tool (3) for positioning, holding, guiding and axial turning of the threaded pin. A sample taking device (4) which is preferably a bellows (5) or sleeve tightly fitted and sealed on the drilling machine (1) and positioned around the tool, has an encompassing sealing lip (10) on the side remote from the drilling machine and an outlet (7) for the taking of samples.
