Determination of the differential pressure between two areas separated by a wall, especially the inside of an eye, separated by the retina from the external environment. Accordingly a pressure transducer within the eye yields a telemetric measurement of the inner eye pressure, while a pressure transducer outside the eye is similarly sampled. The two values are combined to find the differential pressure.
