The transistor (T1,2) control terminals are mutually short circuited and their load paths are each in series with a current source (6,7), each between an input terminal (3,4) with input potential (Vin) and a supply terminal (5) with supply potential (Vdd).An output terminal (8), at which an output signal (Iout) can be tapped, is coupled to the second current source (7) and to second transistor (T2) load terminal. A third transistor (T3) has its loadpath in parallel to that of first transistor (T1) acting as a diode. The current sources generate different currents (mib,1b) related to transistor surface ratio.
