Silver halide material comprises silver halide emulsions containing a magenta, a cyan and a yellow coupler and a light-sensitive silver halide layer containing a compound of formula (I), (II) and/or (III): (IrCl6F6-n)2-M2+ (I) (Fe(CN)6)m-Mm+ (II) M2+ = divalent cation or two monovalent cations; Mm+ = 1-3 cations with a total charge of m+; n = 1-6; m = 2 or 3; o = 0-2; and R = alkyl, aryl or aralkyl.
