Method for determining cross-talk limit and a cross-talk voltage used with digital networks comprising at least a transmitter with high and low states and a digital receiver with a switching threshold that has maximum and minimum levels. Accordingly an interference voltage is coupled to network that is comprised largely of variations in the supply voltage to the transmitter and receiver and cross-talk voltage variations.
