A terminal/clamp has two electrically conducting clamp parts (12,14) the clamping regions (16) of which are pressed together by a pre-loading device (26). The clamping parts (12,14) are insulated from one another and they each are connected with the terminal wires (32) of a light emission element arranged on the clamp. The clamp parts (12,14) pre-load the terminal wires (32) of the light-emission element (30) in one direction to one another.
