The method involves inputting into a data memory of a mobile communication device the work events and services performed by a care worker on site. Data sets representing the data are transmitted to a service provider, and a time ID and a space ID is allocated to each data set. The database of the service provider is connected to the Internet. An Independent claim is included for a system for electronically obtaining and processing signals.
