A two-part automotive fitting supports a mirror on a swivel fixture. The fitting consists of a panel fitted as a recess within the roof lining especially in front of the rear seats of the vehicle. The mirror fitting has a frame (1) and pivots enabling the frame (2) for the mirror to pivot on two axes (9,10).
