摘要
Production of fine sheet metal having a cold strip final thickness of not more than 0.3 mm comprises casting a steel to slabs or thin slabs; cooling; re-heating to 1080-1150 deg C for a maximum of 8 hours; hot rolling in several passes in a rolling mill train at a temperature lying above the Ar3 temperature to form a hot strip; coiling at 590-660 deg C; cold rolling; and annealing in a continuous furnace. The steel contains (in wt.%) 0.0015-0.0080 C, 0.15-0.25 Mn, = 0.02 P, 0.005-0.03 S, = 0.02 Si, 0.0080-0.06 Al, 0.0010-0.020 N, = 0.05 Cr, = 0.5 Ni, = 0.05 Cu, = 0.02 Sn, = 0.01 Mo, = 0.0005 Ti, = 0.0005 Nb, = 0.0020 V, = 0.007 B, = 0.05 Co, = 0.03 Se, Te or S, and a balance of Fe. Preferred Features: The cold strip final thickness is 0.16-0.25 mm. Annealing is carried out in a carburizing atmosphere.
