Device (1) for measuring a differential pressure has a supported membrane (2) that converts a pressure difference into a membrane deflection ( DELTA l). A support element (4) is provided that influences membrane deflection by supporting at least a part of the membrane. The support element is configured so that the membrane deflection is nearly linearly dependent on the pressure difference. An Independent claim is also included for a measurement unit for determining a fluid mass flow rate using an inventive measurement device.
