The front and back shell (1, 24) of the orthosis, both provided with ventilation openings and made of aluminum, is joined to the body of the child and secured with strips of Velcro (RTM) (21). A pair of hinges (3) is attached to movable joints (2), positioned at the lower rim of the front shell (1) which can be rotated around an axis parallel to the central axis of the body. A second pair of hinges (8) is joined to the first pair (3) and facilitates the rotation around the central axis of a leg.
