FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Two V-shaped cuts with parallel rays are performed at distance not less than 1 cm from each other with formation of V-shaped and triangular flaps with bases facing proximal part of hip bone. Triangular flap id passed under V-shaped flap. It is sewn to opposite edges of V-shaped cut. V-shaped flap is turned around its base by 180 degrees. It is laid and sutured to hip joint capsule with creation of capsule duplicature and strengthening it.;EFFECT: method ensures reliable strengthening of joint capsule, prevention of development of aseptic necrosis of hip bone head in post-operation period.;1 ex, 2 dwg
