The training instrument includes at least one revolving hand support disk (18) and a foot support disk (18A), which comprise individually movable support surfaces. The hand- and/or foot support disk, as well as the pertinent finger- and toe support surfaces are individually controlled by means of a central computer unit through individual motor drives and pertinent sensors for a measurement recording. The hand- and/or foot support disks are arranged at a holder frame (5, 6) which is adjustable in all three degrees of freedom through single motor drives (3, 4).
