A drawer for fitting under a work surface has a tilt action when opened. The drawer is open to the top and has the front sloping. The rear of the drawer is fitted with guide pegs (3) that move along horizontal guides fixed to the support frame. The front of the drawer is supported by a grip (8) under the drawer, or by a linkage, to hold the drawer horizontal when closed and allow it to tilt in the open position.
