Mixture of microbial lipase, protease and amylase, useful for improving digestion in cases of pancreatic insufficiency

Enzyme mixture (A) comprising: (a) concentrated lipase (I) from Rhizopus delamar; (b) neutral protease (II) from Aspergillus melleus; and (c) amylase (III) from A. oryzae, is new. An Independent claim is also included for use of concentrated (I), with activity at least 1.8 million FIP units/g, for treating or preventing inadequate digestion in humans and animals.
