A sensor assembly (28) integrally connected with electronic memory seat module (37), monitors a motor assembly (21) and generates a signal indicative of positions of vehicle seat. A microcontroller processes the signals output from the sensor assembly, to determine the position of seat and controls the motors, to adjust the position of seat.
