The actuator is provided, whose length is dependent upon the volume of a hydraulic chamber. The movement of a servo piston (62) relative to the actuator piston, controls the delivery of the hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic chamber. The movement of the servo piston is controlled by delivery of the hydraulic pressure which is modulated from the previous hydraulic pressure. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Cam follower assembly; and (2) Timing of injection event adjusting method.
