The mounting for a piston head, at a piston rod, has a threaded section at the piston rod which meshes with a threading at the piston mounting. The piston head is locked in place at the piston rod by a distorted threading section (37) at the piston rod (3), which lies against an end surface (39) of the piston mounting (9). The distortion of the piston rod threading (19) is to a diameter which is smaller than the core diameter of the threading, and it is distorted at a tangent to the threading.
