An electronic method for electronic provision of services and information for facilitating trade and founding of businesses within a defined territorial region using a central device (1) or server that communicates with clients (2a, 2b) over a communications network (3). Client computers can call up information about services or business requirements from the server. Independent claims are made for a central electronic device or server containing information pertaining to services or business requirements and a computer program for implementation of the method steps.
